PERSONALISED DELIVERY SERVICE
We use a personalised delivery service that features specialty trained and equipped personnel for the safe delivery and unpacking of even the most delicate items. Our delivery service can also be arranged outside of business hours and at a time that is convenient to you. Our professional personnel will not only unpack your order but also take away the rubbish – allowing you to enjoy your newest luxurious acquisition.
Please note our white glove delivery service is available in selected areas.
Upon receipt of an order or enquiry we will provide you with a quote for either a white glove delivery service or a standard delivery service.
International deliveries is currently unavailable.
Orders will be processed immediately once funds have been transferred and cleared. In keeping with our strict efficiency protocol there will be no ‘holding of funds’ – ensuring individual attention to every order and to expedite our delivery service to you.
BESPOKE AND SPECIALTY ORDER LEAD TIMES
Current manufacturing lead times will be confirmed once funds have been transferred and cleared. The exact lead times will vary due to our artisans work load, shipping, customs and freight forwarding agents seasonal activities.
Our policy is to communicate with you on an individual basis in regards to the specific lead and delivery time according to your order. We provide you with clear expectation on the likely delivery time and to communicate with you regularly should there be any delays.
COLOURS OF PRODUCTS
We take care to ensure and provide you with accurate colour descriptions and images. There may be a variance to your item’s colour upon arrival when compared to your computer screen for the following reasons:
- Colours of products displayed on your computer monitor may vary from the actual colour of the item you are purchasing this is due to the high variance in colours utilized by computer monitors.
- Many of our products are hand made and there may be variance in colour or pattern for this reason.
We will not offer a refund due to a variation in colour from that depicted on our website and your screen.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Due to our strict efficiency protocol of not holding on to funds your order may be cancelled in the unlikely event that it has not been placed with the supplier and the following charges will apply:
- If your order has not been placed with the supplier and you have paid by electronic funds transfer we will issue you with a full 100% refund less any transaction costs and bank fees incurred by Simply Exquisite Interiors.
- If your order has not been placed with the supplier and you have paid by credit card via our online payment system you will be offered a full refund less any fees charged to us by the bank to make the refund transaction.
In the situation that the order has been placed with the supplier there can be no refund.
- Where your products are damaged in transit. We carry transit insurance to protect our customer’s purchases, however where you have signed for goods without outlining any faults or damage then these goods may not be covered by transit insurance. You must inspect your goods upon delivery and outline any faults or damage on the delivery not before signing it. You must ask the driver to initial your remarks. If possible, please take a photo of the damage immediately following the delivery. You must notify Simply Exquisite Interiors of any faulty or damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Failure to do so will mean that any transit policy will be voided.
- Your goods have a manufacturers fault/flaw or damage. If you detect a manufacturers fault with your item you must notify us within 7 days. You will be offered a replacement item if available. If a replacement item is not available you will be offered a similar item at a similar price or a refund. A refund is not available if a replacement item is available. Faults not reported within 7 days are not eligible for a refund.
- The incorrect item has been delivered to you. Please contact Simply Exquisite Interiors within 24 hours of the delivery of an incorrect item. We will arrange for the collection of the incorrect item and delivery of the correct item. You will not incur any additional costs in this circumstance. Your replacement item will be delivered to you within the normal delivery time frame for that item.
- Goods damaged by you and natural wear and tear. We will not accept the return of goods that are damaged by you (accidentally or otherwise) or due to natural wear and tear following delivery.
- Method and payment of refunds. You accept that all refunds will be provided to you by electronic funds transfer to your nominated account or in any other way decided at the discretion of Simply Exquisite Interiors.
